Before opening
Unless otherwise stated on the packaging, our formulations have a proven shelf life of over 30 months. Under these conditions, and in accordance with the Cosmetics Directive, no expiry date is stated. <\/p>\n

After opening
We indicate the PAO (period after opening) for each product using a pictogram showing an open bottle, which indicates the recommended period of use. This generally ranges from 3 to 24 months. With regard to use by pregnant women, the percentage of essential oils used in the products\u2019 formulation is less than 2 per cent, which means the likelihood of them penetrating the skin is minimal.<\/p>\n

Provided the skin is intact, the products may be used from the second trimester onwards. However, the condition of the skin must be assessed by a healthcare professional, in this case a Podiatrist. <\/p>\n

With regard to the use of essential oils in children up to the age of 5, as well as in pregnant women up to 6 months\u2019 gestation, there is no consensus amongst the sources in the scientific literature. <\/p>\n

We always recommend that, if you are considering using our products on children or pregnant women up to 6 months\u2019 gestation, you consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalised advice on the safety and appropriate use of the products. <\/p>\n
